Question : I am taking tramadol hcl 50 mg three times daily. Is it also possible for me to take advil or aleeve to ease my pain?

Hi and welcome to HCM.
Yes, it can be taken together in cases of severe musculosceletal pain. However, Advil dosage should be limited to 2x400mg daily and take it with more than 2 hours period from tramadol intake. Aleeve ma also be taken with tramadol but dont take all 3 medications since it may cause serious gastritis and ulcer. WIsh you good health. Regards
