Does Trospium Interact With Carbamazepine?

default
Posted on Fri, 17 Mar 2017
Question: Hi, I am taking Carbamazepine 200 mg twice a day for tri-geminal neuralgia. I started taking Trospium Chloride 20mg twice a day to relieve urgency & frequency in urination about 1 month ago. Since then I have been having a lot of break through pain with the trigeminal neuralgia. Is it possible that the Trospium is affecting the way the carbamazepine is working?
