Question : Hi Sir,

I am 31 years old and got married 2 and half years before. We have been trying for kids from past 8 months and it was not happened. I believe my sperm quantity is less. Recently I have consulted a doctor after my Seman Analaysis test. He gave me below prescription for 3 months.

Ubiphene 50
Maxoze L - twice / day (with empty stomach and before food in the night)

does it improve my sperm quantity and count?
what is the best way to improve this??

Hi,

I understand your concerns about semen analysis.

Following is my advice :

1) Your semen analysis is normal except for marginally reduced Motility.

2) Repeat semen analysis in another standard laboratory before going ahead with any treatment.

3) Wear loose pants and undergarments.

4) Lose weight if you are overweight.

5) Continue medicines you are taking.

I am 5.8 and 75K wait.

currently I am taking
Maxoze L only once in a day.

but doctor suggested me

Hi,

Your sperm count is not that bad. Don't take ubiphene. Take maxoza only.

However it is better to repeat semen analysis in another standard laboratory rather than believing only one report.
