Simultaneous use of paxil, tramadol and trazodone can lead to the development of serotonin syndrome which is very serious kind of disorder and have high lethality.
In my opinion you should avoid tramadol with current prescription. In case there is nothing for pain management you can use tramadol only under direct supervision of medical doctor.
