Does Accidental Contact With A Cleaning Solvent Cause Redness On Hands?

Question: got ezoff on my hands because I did not wear gloves
now they are red and fell smooth & shiny

He already went to the emergency room. It's been 40 min since I asked the question and he could not wait. I don't have any pictures.

Oral and topical corticosteroid

Hello,
I am sorry for the delay.
I made sure that I replied as early as I could.
Since you dont have pictures, the best posssible cream I could suggest you would be oral corticosteroid like prednisolone 10 mg twice a day for 5 days. Application of corticosteroid cream like halobetasol twice a day for 1 week.
Oral antihistaminics like Benadryl twice a day for 1 week.
