It is rare for Biotin to affect blood tests significantly. This does not happen in regular doses, but very high doses can sometimes alter certain blood tests.

There are some reports that high doses of Biotin can alter thyroid function tests (by showing falsely high T4 levels and falsely low TSH levels). There is some evidence that blood sugar levels can be increased due to prolonged and high dose intake of Biotin.
