1. Valsartan
2. Paroxetine HCL
3. Buspirone, or
4 Alprazolam?

no interaction with caffeine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Buspirone with paroxetine may increase the risk for serotonin syndrome, which thankfully is rare. Caffeine does not interact with any of the aforementioned drugs though.
