Question : Iam 29 year old female trying to conceive. can pregnant women claims stairs on daily basis ? say 2 floors (2 way daily)...

No issues with climbing....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As long as she is comfortable there is no issues with climbing stairs. But I suggest them to climb slowly and take all measures to prevent falling.

Climbing stair is contraindicated if the lady has anemia and previous heart illness which worsen during pregnancy. Besides this, I am not aware of potential complications with this particular action.
