Brief Answer:
Not worrisome.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The mild yellowish or white discharge from the breast during the onset of periods is a normal finding. This can happen due to the hormonal changes during the periods.
Try to decrease the breast stimulation or self examinations. This will help in decreasing the discharge. It can be due to decrease in thyroid hormone levels also. There is no need to worry.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Can be due to stimulation of glands.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The pricking sensation can be due to stimulation of the breast glands that causes secretion later. If there is no palpable lump then there is no need to worry.
Hope my answer is helpful.
