Question: hello im having real difficulty sleeping at nite so im on phenagrin amatriptyline tamazapan and doxylamine will taking these meds have an impact on my renal fuction and liver fuction?

Although all of your medications are metabolized by liver they do not affect liver if used in therapeutic dose range. The same is applicable for kidney.

I mean to say that in prescribed dosage they are safe and there is nothing to worry.

The current question is beyond my expertise but from my clinical experience I feel they are not safe. I have experience of two three patients with multiple supplements leading to grievous injury to their health.
