Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
hello and thanks for sending the query.

Generally with adjustment of anxiety medications it does take a couple of weeks to get up to a therapeutic effect.

In your case it does sound like you are experiencing a gradual improvement of your symptoms. I would encourage you to continue the current dosage and continue to follow up with your doctor regularly.

You may experience fluctuations of your anxiety but this too should also come under better control.

At the same time I would recommend that you continue a good well-balanced diet. Also it is very important to try to exercise at least a few days per week as this will also help to maintain good mood stability and control of anxiety.

Thanks again for sending your update inquiry. Please let us know if we can be of any additional assistance.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga

Been taking the 50mg timed release for 2 weeks now & the last 2 days have a question about it. When I have gone to the bathroom (pooped) have seen a pill in the poop & it hasn't dissolved, it is still a complete pill, an I not getting the medicine into my system?

Brief Answer:
Followup

Detailed Answer:
It is possible that your body did not completely absorb the pill which you observed. This does not necessarily mean you are not getting any of the medication in your system.

Since it was an isolated occurrence I would continue the regimen that your doctor has recommended and followup with him as scheduled.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
