Question : I took my blood pressure medicine ( Amlodipine 5 mg) this morning and now again, in the evening by mistake. Should I be concerned?

Amlodipine 5mg is too low a dose to cause serious troubles. I don't think you will have a problem with this accidental second dose. So don't be concerned.
