Question : hi I came back from a holiday over a week ago and I still feel very weak and tired all the time could it still be jet lag . should I be concerned.
Brief Answer:
It could be still jet Lag disorder...
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
It could be still jet Lag disorder and you have to wait for a couple of days before contacting your doctor. If you have crossed two or more time zones especially in the east direction, symptoms are likely to be worse or last longer the more time zones that you've crossed. It's estimated to take about a day to recover for each time zone crossed.
I recommend to wait for a couple of days if the symptoms persist contact your primary care doctors to start therapy ( such as zolpidem, eszopiclone and zaleplon).
Hope this was of help!
