Brief Answer:
Yes ma'am, it is indeed possibe

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Yes ma'am, taking lamictal (with the active ingredient lamotrigine) for longer durations of time can result in oral ulcers, sores or even white patches. I recommend a visit to your prescribing doctor, and possibly prescription to help treat with the ulcers; or find a more suitable substitute.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
