Brief Answer:
Yes correlated , supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Anxiety and depresion has myriad of symptoms and causes for it and vitamin D 3 is one of them, there have been studies that have shown improvement of moods and depressive episodes after correction of vitamin D 3 levels. So yes low vitamin D levels may be the cause but not the only one. Talk to a psychotherapist, let them have some sessions, assess your symptoms and treat your accordingly. Eat foods rich in vitamin D and have calcium vitamin D supplementation .

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
