Question : Its been many years that I feel hoarseness in my voice when I am exhausted or tired. I understand something is wrong with my throat or thyroid. Please advise how do I deal with this problem.

Hoarseness of voice on talking for long or being tired is a sign of vocal fatigue. You should get a thyroid function test done and an endoscopic examination of the larynx done to rule out any vocal cord pathology.
