Thanks for writing in.
Hair fall and pre mature greying of hair have many causes. Genetic factors are the most common cause in Hair fall and greying of hair in men especially at your age. Poor dietary habits, inadequate sleep, excessive oil massage etc can add to Hair fall.
As far as the Hair fall is concerned , minoxidil solution applied twice a day in the recommended concentration along with proper nutritional supplementation shows great results in a couple of months. Greying of hair require calcium pantothenate and selenium supplementation.
