                                    Hi
Welcome to XXXXXXX
The sugar levels you have mentioned are very high than the normal and as according to your age its seems that you might be having insulin dependent diabetes. It is suggested to visit and endocrinologist or a specialist in XXXXXXX medicine to adjust the dose of the insulin. Furthermore avoid carbohydrate containing products like potato, soda drinks, artificial juices and all vegetables that grows under the grounds plus do some physical exercise.
If you still have some query, feel free to ask
Thanks
Regards

Is there insulin from external source is required for this case ??

Yes. When the body insulin is insufficient to control the blood glucose levels the insulin from external source is required to be administered subcutaneously that is slowly absorbed through the fat tissue.
There are different types of insulin that are classified on the basis of their duration of action which are selected according to the patient response to them

Does medication will not work ??

they may work. but at young ages like the one you have there is mainly or commonly type 1 diabetes which is also called insulin dependent diabetes which rarely response to medications. You can discuss that with your primary care provider and he can prescribe you the medicine on trial basis. There are certain groups of anti-diabetic drugs. The insulin is prescribed only when these drugs fail to control the blood glucose levels.
