Question: abdominal paini am having major abdominal pain that goes to my bellybutton and i am frezzing cold and i cannot keep anything down

Thanks for your followup query

Dull aching pain in whole abdomen without any bowel or urinary symptom would most likely be due to inflammation of bowel mucosa and or Irritable bowel syndrome

Another possibility to be ruled out would be gastritis

In any case it would be better if you avoid spicy , fermented , and junk food

If you have habit of smoking or alcohol avoid it for time being

Add a probiotic to your medicines along with an antacid
