Question : Can some please answer this question for me. What is the inner labia minora/vulva suppose to feel like? Rough and bumpy or smooth? Mine feels rough and bumpy but when I went into the clinic for a physical the doctor said it was normal.

Thanks for the query.
The inner labia usually feels smooth.
However there are lot of sebaceous glands in this area and sometimes they get enlarged even without a cause.
In such situation it may become rough.
It is not a matter of concern, you dont have any disease.
These glands may subside on there own.

I hope there is no other symptoms like pain or itch.
