Question : I felt a small bump just below my xiphoid process (a inch or two below) more on the left side (between my rib cage) is this normal? It doesn't hurt

I would be pleased to answer your question .

This bump is not normal . You will need to get a sonography done to rule out Hernia .
Herniation or Lipoma will need to be ruled out .
