Question : My right hand fingers get numb every now and then.

Thanks for your query. Numbness or tingling in fingers generally point towards one of the nerve entrapment syndromes like peripheral vascular disease appear unlikely considering the fact that there are no accompanying symptoms. However, i would suggest you rule out diabetis mellitus by fasting, post prandial blood sugar tests since that might occasionally result in this symptom. Do clarify further if required.
