Question : I hit my lower front left leg big lump and bruise, no broken skin. Icing do I need to do anymore?

If it does not hurt while walking, no signs of fracture and the trauma was not strong this will probably wont need any medical attention. The bruise should go away by its own. You can put something cold on it and put your leg up what will let the swelling go away.
