Had Hit Head. Since Then Feeling Funny. Suggest?

Question : I tripped and hit my head badly. Since then I have be feeling funny. Dizzy. Some confusion. It's been two hours since I hit my head about 2 hours ago

Thanks for the query

It could be that the injury to the head might have caused a small bleed in the brain. Most likely to be a subdural hematoma. I strongly advise you not to ignore this issue and approach a ER with a ct brain facility immediately to rule out an intra cranial bleed.
