Question : went to hospital on sugar problem of 800. after 3 days all was good to go home. I was put on insulin 44mg lantas and Humalog 4mg. had toast for breakfast sandwich lunch and medium dinner. my number were great 90-120. now changing nothing they are near 200

1. Since when do you have Diabetes?
2. What is your creatinine value?
3. What are your liver function status?
4. Do you have high blood pressure? or thyroid problem? any other medical prob?
5. Do you smoke or consume alcohol?
6. Lastly if you are well controlled on insulin may I know about what exactly do you want me to discuss here?
