Question : i am 31 yr old female. i had umbilical hernia surgery on 13apr2013. should i wear abdominal belt an for how long ? what vitamin supplements can i take ? and i have constipation problem . please suggest the necessary

Actually what was the procedure performed

Under any situation we usually do not recommend a belt

You can take any Vitamin supplement available OTC, or you can ask for from your doctor , online forums do not allow prescribing medicines without examining the patient

For constipation take lot of fluids orally and extra fiber in diet

Along with it you can add two teaspoonful of Isapgulla at bed time
