I would like to make following comments as per your complaints:

1) dull pain in chest could be due to various reasons. To be on safer side I would advice you to get an ECG done to rule out heart attack or angina. If ECG is normal it could be just acidity. Your doctor will give you prescription for antacid drugs.

2) Chills could be due to various reasons. Please get peripheral smear of blood to diagnose malaria which is a common possibility.
