Question : I have an erected sore nipple on my left breast. I have covered it with a band aid and have no symptoms. As soon as I remove the band aid it is sore. Now I have a very small ulcer.

Hi ,
Thank you for your query.
Do not panic.
Take off the bandaid.Keep the area very clean.
Apply a mupirocin gel/ointment locally for 7 days.
I hope there is no pus or blood coming out from that area.I hope you do not have diabetes.
Do a self breast examination.If you notice any lump or mass in the breast be cautious.
If the lesion does not heal then consult a specialist.
