Question : I just noticed a red circle about the size of a cookie on my butt cheek, its slightly painfull and a little bumpy. I am a a celiac but have never notcied anything like this before.

Thanks for writing in.
The red circle you are describing can be folliculitis or furuncle.
It is a bacterial infection and is treatable by oral and topical antibiotics.
Also I would like to know-
Since when you have this?
Does it discharge pus or fluid?
Does it itch?
Are you on steroids or any immunosuppresive drugs?
can you post photos of the affected area?
Photos can help a lot for predicting the condition.
