What Could Bump Above Rectum With Rashes On Body Of A Child Indicate?

hello my baby has been too pedi several times including today they took her temp in her ear not rectal and when i got home i took it just to check and i noticed a bump just above her rectum. It is the same color as her skin. what could it be? im already freaking out about a rash she had and still kind of has and i need to get blod work done on thursday shes been fussy all week. Im a wreck
