How To Cure Abscess Close To Anus After Undergoing Fistula Surgery?

Hi Doctor, My wife suffering from anus fistula, she underwent an emergency surgery last year and took out the abscess. After 3 months of surgery a small puss again formed there and she felt pain, we went hospital they took MRI and told us that there is no internal opening found, she took some tablets finally she is ok that time. Later again after 6 months she start paining and took some ayurveda medicines, she felt fine. She stopped the medicine, after 1 month again pain started now and found a small abscess noted inside skin area in the middle of anus and vaginal area. Please suggest a good medical consultation. The abscess needs to be treated through antibiotics.

You should consult your doctor about this treatment.

I also recommend keeping good hygiene.

In the case of pain, I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.
