Question : I have a low fever 38.6 my nose is bleeding and I have constant dry heaves? This has been going on for 3 weeks

I would suggest that you should get it treated .
These may be manifestations of a Viral Infection . You will need to get investigated with Blood tests and Also a Chest X XXXXXXX .
