Question : I have a 11centmetre Cyst on my right kidney, and doctors don't seem to think it needs treatment, is it serious.

I am of the other doctors that a single kidney cyst does not require any treatment.
It is when you have polycystic kidney diseases which can only be managed with palliative care or kidney transplant (PKD is a very serious condition). Simple kidney cysts are benign and would normally not cause any hard to you or your kidney.
