Suggest Treatment For A 'mass At Parapelvic Region' Of The Kidney

my mother is 50 yrs old. Her CT scan report finding as follows kidney- right kidney shows a soft tissue mass at parapelvic region (24x22 mm).impression - a soft tissue mass at parapelvic region of right kidney. Please suggest possible treatment. Is removal of right kidney necessary?

Good day and thank you for being with healthcare magic! It depends on whether the parapelvic mass is renal in origin or not. Chances are it might be soft tissue mass (lipoma, sarcoma, liposarcoma) and doesn't need to remove the kidney. Regards, Manuel See IV
