Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
From the description, it seems you are probably having a furuncle or boil over your right gluteal area. However a confirmation of a probable diagnosis can only be given by clinically examining the lesion. You may also attach an image of the concerned area for the same.
To treat a boil
Do warm water compresses of the affected area twice to thrice in a day
Apply an antibiotic cream over the lesion twice in a day
Take an oral analgesic like ibuprofen or diclofenac to relieve pain and swelling.
Hopefully in few days the lesion should drain pus and resolve. If no change is seen, consult a doctor nearby to get a prescription of oral antibiotic. Sometimes if the lesion is big, incision and drainage is required.

Hope that helped. Take care
