Hi and welcome to XXXXXXX
Numbness in first 3 fingers of hand is usually caused by median nerve compression as a part of carpal tunnel syndrome. If you feel numbness in 4. and 5. finger then it means that there is a compression of ulnar nerve. Both conditions can be treated by steroid injections or surgically.
The same is for the foot. There can be some kind of nerve compression, inflammation or irritation.
ALso considering that you have numbness in both hand and foot some neuropathies may be cause of your problems. Most common are diabetic, alcoholic, toxic and autoimmune neuropathy. To evaluate this you should see sugar blood and do neurologic examination and test called Electromyoneurography(EMNG). Everything would be clear after this.
If you experience pain, finger paleness or swelling and inability to move, you should visit doctor as soon as you can.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
