Have Pale Loose Stools. Suffered From Fatigue. Have Arthritis In Shoulders, Hips And Feet. Taking Levothyroxine For Thyroid. Help?

I have arthritis in my shoulders hips, feet and spine (everywhere I feel). I have been taking supplements for a couple of years, multi vitamins, spiralina, garlic, fish oils, calcium, glucosamine and chondroitin. I also took a aloe Vera colon cleanse, which I do not need now. I have not been taking these as often with my problem with loose stools. I went back to the doctor, who took my blood tests again, she said I have a under active thyroid borderline, I thought the change in diet might help but took the 25 mg levothyroxine this morning. I have really struggled for months now, feeling unwell and so tired, I have a ladies boutique which is doing well, but I have been having too many days off. I do run my family home and business but I feel over whelmed and do not know where to turn. Yesterday I tried some yoga, but have suffered for it. Two years ago I did aquavit and Pilates but found it made my pains worse, please advice me on the best way forward

Last thing first! Do not involve in experimenting in such a sick state.
Yoga, pranayam, asanas all are worshipped, but they do not help sick, these gimmicks also work only when we are in reasonably in good health and not when sick for months and needing some XXXXXXX
The loose stools seems to be aggravated due to the antibiotics. The gut flora get changed due to effects of antibiotics and diarrhea occurs.
Take liberal fluids and liquid diets, Curd and yogurt will act like medicines.
Get prescribed the probiotics like sporolac etc for the loose motions and decongestant medicines for your sinusitis problem and keep fully covered with cloths just to avoid weather changes and cold.
you do not need to stop any diets, wheat, rice, cheese, pulses, meats, fish all is fine if culturally acceptable to you.
eat whatever is of your best choice and eat to heartiest satisfaction. food allergies do not manifest at this age.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.

Is it important that I take medication for borderline under active thyroid, I understand it is for life?
Is my sinus problem connected to thyroid problems or menopause. I thought dairy and yeast would make it worse?
I will take a probiotic for my loose stools.
I thought I needed to exercise but I will wait until I feel better, I am so tire of feeling tired!

The thyroid function may be deviated due to stress of other illnesses and that state is called sick euthyroid, It does not need treatment per se and subsides after the 5treatment of the primary disorder. You need to tell me the full report of the thyroid function to know whether you need treatment for thyroid.
The thyroid or menopause are not not known to cause the sinus problem.
it must be a separate problem.
dairy or yeast would not affect this.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.
