Question : I was tested for stds, test came back negative for everything. Got some little redness on tip of my penis and again std test came back all negative, urine and blood. Could I have a UTI? My pee is yellow and doesn't burn like needles but small sensation.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have inflammation of external urinary meatus (Urethritis).

Did you have protected sex using condom or unprotected sex very recently?

It may be due to contacts with inner wares or chemically lubricated condom.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily .

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to clean your genitals with warm water twice daily.
