Question : hello doctor, whenever i go out in sunshine, my skin gets damage(sunburn). & i have a dark line on my forehead.

Thanks for your query.

Do apply sunscreen when you get exposed to the sunlight.

Also it is essential for you to take Vitamin E an Vitamin B supplements on daily basis to get rid of such problems.
