Well looking into your problem I would tell you there is definitely a possibility that you may be having renal stones as the site is compliant with the renal pain .

I will advise you to see a physician for this , a USG abdomen will be required to see if stones are present , a CBC , RFT, urine r/m may be required also for evaluation.

Make sure you drink lots of water.
