Having Unprotected Sex With Multiple Partners. Notices Red Dots On Penis. STD?

default
Posted on Thu, 12 Sep 2013
Question: Hi. I am a major fretter. I am worrying about an STI which I think is non existant.

Roughly three years ago I was at a house party. I was having my sexual awakening. Whilst at this party, I went to the toilet, where a pair of female panties were. I masturbated with them. With my penis in the gusset! They were dry of course. Can you get an sti this way?

Now a few years on. I worry about an STI. My back occasionaly hurts. I fret so much about it. And if you think that its a low chance of aquireing an STI. I will go and get a full check. Just to put myself at rest. Since this incident I have had two sexual partners. I have had unprotected sex with both too. Now I have met a new girl. Who has only had one partner. Just over 24 hrs of having sex with her, I got tiny red spots on my penis, which were gone in a week. Is that anything yo do with my 3 year ago incident?

Brief Answer:
No need to worry, the symptoms are not of STI

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome and thanks for posting your query to XXXXXXX

I can understand your concern for the unusual incidence happened 3 years ago.

After reading your query I can make out that the only symptom you feel is of back pain and that too occasionally.

So young man, the very first and important thing to tell you is that your incidence of masturbating with panties does not correlate you with any type of Sexually Transmitted Diseases- not in any case. So you should not be worried about the possibility of any type of Sexually Transmitted Diseases or infections.

Let me tell you bit elaborately- Sexually Transmitted Diseases and Infections generally spread by either bacterias or viruses. Now these bacterias and viruses are very fragile organisms- so much fragile that these get damaged and dead as soon as they come in contact with air. So mere contact of air dries them up and these become non-infective. This applies to all sort of microorganism including HIV virus, other viruses and other major bacterias causing Sexually Transmitted Diseases.

In your case you masturbated with dry panties. So these dry panties even if contained any bacteria or virus in past 5 minutes even, then got dried and dead. As in your case you told they the panties were dry so there isn't a single percent of chance to acquire any infection.

In last 3 years you have had 2 sexual partners and presently you are in relation with one new girl also. You didn't use any protection with any of these girls and you got tiny red spots remaining for a week.
These tiny red spots also do not make a possibility of any major Sexually Transmitted Disease. In any of Sexually Transmitted Infection- the sufferer generally have either some kind of discharge or ulceration or any swelling at the genital area. In yourself I can not find such kind of symptoms. Frankly speaking you are a lucky guy to not to get any infection till now. To tell you boldly- in this era of HIV, it is not at all justified to have unprotected sex. We can never decide a persons past by his or her face or merely by the history of having one or two partners.
So my personal advice to you is that you must always use a protection in every of instance of sexual intercourse which is beneficial for both the partners.

Lastly kindly do not worry about any type of Sexually Transmitted Diseases or infection in yourself and kindly relax. But do always use protection in every sexual intermingling. Now as it is 3 years of time since that incidence, so it is quite a long time for any of the Sexually transmitted infection to manifest itself.

I hope these information's will help you. If you have further queries I will be happy to help.

Thanks for such a great answer. You have calmed me down so much. I would also like to mention I have recently gotton an inflamed tounge. Not sure if its thrush?

I have also never ejaculated in a girl. I get pleasure, but I am nof sure if it is nerves or not? I get extremely nervous you see.

Just to confirm then. You are almost sure you cannot catch an STD in the way I mentioned?

Brief Answer:
Red tongue does not mean oral thrush

Detailed Answer:
Hello young man,

Welcome to the forum again.

This is really great to know that you understood my point of explanation.

Now for the part of red tongue also do not mean oral thrush. It appears as you searched internet a lot, that is why you are searching for one or the other symptoms related to sexually transmitted disease such HIV or related thing.
Oral thrush is such a XXXXXXX fungal infection of mouth that it do not need any sort explanations to manifest and diagnose. It is at first whitish curdy in appearance and then when these whitish areas are forcibly taken out, gives red appearance. These are really so red and sore that patients are sometimes not able to eat properly. So you probably got that in oral thrush the red tongue is late to appear and before that there are so many of other symptoms which manifest before this.

I again request you to kindly stop worrying for any type of sexually transmitted infection in yourself. Your way of doing any activity can never- ever cause any sexually transmitted infection.

Finally I request you to have a policy of always using protection. I say to my patients that it is same like using helmet on our head when driving two wheeler, we may or may not encounter a head blow but we are atleast sure that our head is safe.

I hope these information's will help you. If you have further queries I will be happy to help or if you do not have any further queries then can close the query and rate the answer.
