Brief Answer:
Regarding Urinalysis report

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the report.

Apart from a slightly increased WBCs (white blood cells) the urinalysis seems normal.

Hope to assist you further with your queries.

Yes and the doctor have gave me antibiotics for 7 days. But I’m worry if I have STD problems. Even thou the doctor told me everything looks normal. But does the UTI test shows I have nothing from STD. Do I have to do more lab test or this one is fine?

Brief Answer:
regarding STDs

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Urinalysis is not a good screening test for STDs. High WBCs in urine could be seen in STDs which cause urethritis like gonorrhea and chlamydia but for those specific screening tests are available like Urine spot test. Screening for STDs is usually advised if there is a suggestive history.

Take care

Hi
Everything look normal since I have stopped sex activities 2 months ago my skin is normal and there is no gonorrhea. My concern that I read that std will show after 6 weeks XXXXXXX symptoms. For what I understand from your answer if there is high/low WBC in my urine the doctor will ask for std test. Here in my country it’s hard to get std test I’ll be question about my sex activities, so my question do I have to be concern about any issue with std based on the test I did. Or it looks fine.

Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Urinalysis is not a prerequisite for STD screening. Since you were insisting that you may have an STD problem, so i suggested you to test for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia since they are the ones that would usually cause Urethritis which may manifest as pus cells in urine. If you can be sure that you don't have any symptoms like burning micturation or urethral discharge, then i think there is no compulsion to test for STDs
