Hormonal Imbalance, Brain For, Confusion, Delirium. Labs Show High TSH. Best Solution?
Question: wbc 9.1, Hgb184 h, hct 0.539 h, mono:1 0.120 h, Monos ABS# 1.1 h, TP 84 H TSH 13.37(B) H Hypothyroid 15.00
I have been dealing with all kinds of Panic symptoms and Thyroid issues for four years now. It all statred with a Tick bite and no one in Canada will support Lyme. I have had short term antibiotics and symptoms come back more severe than the last. Now I am suffering Adrenal fatigue, dizziness and all kinds of issues related to Hormone imbalances. last blood work showed TSH elevated to 70.0 and now it is 13.34 I was panicked. The other issues are brain Fog, confusion ad delirium. What could be the problem or better the solution?

Sorry to hear about your problem. According to your history and lab results it is evident that thyroid hormone imbalance is the cause of your problem. Initially it was very low, which explains the adrenal shut down but then due to increased intake of thyroid medicines, it has started getting corrected (but because of increased intake of thyroid meds, you started having panic attacks - side effects of the medicine).
You should consult a good endocrinologist and get the medicine titrated according to your hormone levels.
Once your TSH is within normal range, your symptoms will subside. This might take a few weeks.

This issue has gone on for four years. I have been on thyroid meds for that long. Nothing has stabilized my thyroid.I have been on several types of thyroid meds and varying strengths. I need the blood work results examined more closely. I need the focus on the cause of my thyroid problem.

You hemoglobin levels are definitely high and so is your hematocrit, which is an indicator of hemochromatosis. This condition can be diagnosed by iron studies and by a thyroid problem. Sometimes the thyroid problem can be secondary to this disease.
If not treated, it can also lead to neurological problems and diabetes.
This is certainly not related to the tick bite which you had years back.

Thank you for your response and the fact remains the mono and mono absolute # indicates some sort of infection and medical history confirms. What test are needed to get my health restored? You still haven't addressed the cognitive difficulties as well as the cause. The tinitus nor the blood pressue.
Please look at all three factors and help me get the appropriated treatment plan I can't donate blood (too lower my TP) until infection is gone and chelation is a long process. A Phlebotomy is an option but then the infection could come back more aggressively. The spots on my face indicate my liver is not optimal . The endocrinologist will have to do the testing but i need her to look at all variables with out me sounding like a fool. Also in some people will hematological disorders (like the one which you have) these counts are normally be raised and are not a sign of infection.
You have rightly said that phlebotomy is an option but is indicated when medicines (chelating) agents are not working. In your previous history, you did not mention about deranged liver function and it was not evident on the reports as well. If you have deranged liver function, then you are a candidate for phlebotomy.
Another thing about this disease is that it progresses despite treatment as well and therefore please do not expect your symptoms to completely resolve after the initiation of treatment.

Your help and guidance is awesome and I thank you. I am off to see the endo Doctor armed with options. Before I go (my) Mono:1 0.112 H and the Mono ABS# (both on the report) indicate an infection is present in the blood. Am I wrong in this assumption.

In the normal scenario your mono report would suggest an infection but as I said that in your condition this could be normal, so don't assume an infection unless it is found on further testing.
You would require iron studies (blood test) and subsequently a liver biopsy is also indicated if the disease is confirmed.
