Question : My hand touched another man's penis and there was a brief (under 2 sec) touching of my mouth to the tip of the penis. I am concerned about STD's. Is there any thing that you can provide to calm my nerves

Such brief contact will usually not cause an STD. Most STDs are caused by exchange of bodily bloods.

To calm your nerves an ideal tablet would be Alprzolam 0.25 mg at night. It reduces anxiety. Take it for not more than 5 days. Approach your GP for a prescription
