Health is a broad concept. Good healthy is when you are physically, mentally and spiritually well. You need to look into each of these concepts and make plans accordingly. Some measures that I suggest are:
1. Make sure you take a healthy balanced diet.
2. Sleep adequately and at timed intervals
3. Start exercise, yoga and transcedental meditation to free stressors.
4. Avoid unhealthy habits such as smoking, tobacco, alcohol, etc.
5. Make sure you weigh within the recommended limits.
6. Maintain healthy relations amongst your social circles both at work and home.
7. Treat your current medical problems adequately. Visit your doctor for all health concerns. Avoid unnecessary medications though.
8. General health check ups regularly.
9. Lastly be positive. You can seek God/faith's help to remain positive.
