How Can PCR Test Result Show Positive For Ureaplasma Parvum After Intercourse With A Body Massage Therapist?
I already diagnosed by urologist on 16 of March by having chronic pelvic pain so I have urinary symptoms before having sex with my GF and receiving treatment for prostate congestion and overactive bladder
Rare mistakes can occur with interpretations
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Ureaplasma Parvam is quite unlikely without penetrative sex. Did you have oral sex during body to body massage as you had mentioned already that you didn't have penetrative vaginal sex?
Any test reports can't be reliable 100% and also interpretation of the technician can have borderline variations. So there is a possibility of something missed one time, picked up by another time.
Your previous history of pelvic pain, urinary symptoms and prostatic congestion were also could be due to a past ureaplasma infection. Ureaplasma infection is not a serious one. Get treated for the same along with your girl friend and get well soon.
Medicine is not mathematics to get a constant result.

One more point on 24 May ( i could be paranoid , the therapist spit from distance of 30 cm on my penis but nothing come from her mouth in that spit)
Marital status please?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Incubation period is 10-20 days (around 2 weeks). If we rely your test reports, the ureaplasma infection would not have acquired from your girl friend as you had tested 20 days after the contact with your girl friend which were negative.
As per your history, it could have acquired during body to body massage! But which has no penetrative sex. Acquiring STI through spitting would be a remote possibility.
You had not mentioned anything about your marital status? Have you any marital sexual contact in between?

Send your Urine test report
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Discharge producing STIs like Ureaplasma is unlikely to be transmitted through anal or vaginal touching with fingers. Do you have any symptoms like mild urethral discharge or burning sensation while pissing? Test your urine deposits for pus cells. If the pus cells are more than 5 in number you may need treatment, otherwise you can ignore this report, It is not a major STI. Sometimes certain organisms can exist as a commensal organisms in genital tract (nonpathogenic) related to Ureaplasma Parvum which gives a false positive result.
Not to worry. If your urine is clear and have no symptom, not to bother about the same.

Just to add Finally ( trying to squeeze my Mind )
While having the protected intercourse with my Girlfriend on 29 April she was on top of me and after I ejaculated inside condom she moved herself out of me and at the point when she was out condom was resting on my groin with all my cum on my tummy and when I asked her she mentioned that condom was only slipped after she moved out from me .So I do not think it was unprotected sex!!.was it risky ? Do not think so !!
You are not having any evidence for urethritis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As your urine report was normal, you are not having any urethritis. Ureaplasma Parvum can cause non gonococcal urethritis. Here in your case, you are not having any signs, symptoms or evidence for urethritis. So ignore the same. Urea plasma is not a serious organism to be worried. Drink water not less than 3 liters of water per day.
Don't analysis where from this organism came from. I cannot answer this question unless I would have stayed with you during these time. Man made errors in handling the specimens in the laboratory and the differences in interpretation of these results are not uncommon in medical practice. This should not be a cause for mental torture and break up of relationship.
