Question: how do you get a digital mucus cyst removed from the tip of the index finger. it was frozen in 1/2/17 and has reappeared 5/1/17? what type doctor do I have to go to get this removed?

That kind of cyst is a ganglion cyst. Freezing it won't cure it for sure. It should be removed by surgery. Hand Surgeon or General Surgeon are able to do this.
