Question : look no easy way to put this but I have developed this weird formation on my penis
have had it for several months but seems to be getting bigger
any idea what it is or if I have to get it checked out?

Based on the photograph that you have uploaded you seem to have developed Granuloma over external urinary meatus secondary to infection .

You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination it may need to get cauterized either by chemical cauterization or electric diathermy .
