Question : I have a large bruise on my right leg
30cm round from a cycling accident yesterday
Should I fly long haul this Saturday ?

If you have the bruise from the accident only that you described, then yes, you can have the long haul flight without any problem.

Put some ice on your bruise. At least for the next 12-24 hours.
For the pain keep using Nurophen. It will help with the pain and the inflammation.

Then, after 72 hours from the accident you can use worm towels in the bruise to help it heal faster.
