Question : Hi, there seems to be a rash of some sort on the shaft of my penis. It just appeared a month back, it kind of looks like a jock itch but doesn't itch at all. I will provide you with an image for clarification as well.
There has been no pain in urination, no discharge, and i don't believe there has been any high riskin the past 2 months.

Brief Answer:
The camera is too close to the rash. Take it a bit further away!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Iam so sorry to hear about this lesion that you have reported. I have reviewed the image but unfortunately, it is too zoomed in and blur. It makes it difficult to appreciate what it is for real. I will suggest that you take another image a little further away and upload to me for review and guidance.
I hope to hear from you and appreciate your efforts.

Hopefully this picture would clear it up. Hope to get some good news soon!
Brief Answer:
Looks like local irritation!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for getting a new image. This is a lot better. It is in no way suggestive of a clear disease condition. I will suggest that you check to see if there has been any new products (lotion) or underwear that might explain. Observe only for now and it is my believe that this will resolve spontaneously without the need for specific medical intervention. If this gets worse, new symptoms develop or it fails to regress significantly within 2weeks, contact me for more insights and directives.
I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. I look forward to your updates.

There has been new underwear involved, is there anything i should do? Or just wait it out and it'll go?
Brief Answer:
Wait and see is the approach for now!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I will want us to monitor only and see how it goes. Report any changes to me especially changed in size, color and itches.
Expecting updates from you!
